I didn't really enjoy food or experiment with cooking until I became vegan, about 3 years ago. It's hard to not cook and be vegan, haha.
Anyway, I just thought I should introduce myself before I ask you guys my first question.
I'd like your all's opinions on lima beans. As I mentioned before, they're one of my all-time favorite things to eat. I usually buy them canned, since it's hard to find them fresh most of the time unless it's summer. I was wondering though, would it be healthier to buy them dried instead? I don't really know, and I figured I'd ask some fellow foodies their personal opinions.
